Yay! Happy New Years Eve everybody!!
Before everybody for the party at our house arrives, I thought I’d spend some time on Tumblr (ha ha when don’t I?)
But I just wanted to tell everybody that I’m really thankful for them. College can get really lonely sometimes and I’ve been meaning to post something like this for a while, but I’m really grateful for all the people that I’ve met and started following on here.
I’ve met a lot of great and close friends that I’m really glad I have! Seriously, you guys are so supportive when I’m ranting and stressing out about something trivial or about college or dumb people at college.
I’m really hesitant to name people, but I’m really grateful for Luna, Sam, Nani, Vit, Anna’s mun, whelmed-by-robin, (I’m sorry, sweetie, I never learned your name!), and theworldstartswithyou. I’m sure that I’m missing someone but I’m rushing so please don’t be upset! ><
You guys have all been so great to me! You’re always making me laugh and showing me things and cheering me up! I would have probably been really depressed at college without you.
I’ve really gotten close with the DC and YJ fandoms and I hope to get even closer to the Tales fandom in 2013! Crystal, Kylee, Chikuto, and Superblys (Beth) can always make me laugh or see cool things on their blogs!
I’m really grateful to my family - they’re so happy and supportive and anytime I talk to them it always makes me happy and I always laugh. Jenni, I know you’re probably the only one that’ll see this so thanks for getting a Tumblr to spend time with me :) (P.S. we really need to catch up on Once, Sherlock, Doctor Who, Merlin, and YJ….yea..) You and Heather and seriously the most awesome sisters.
I’m really glad that my dad is out and working at Kettering so I can see him every day and I really admire my mom for being so strong to live so far away from him for so long. My parents are really great and supportive.
I’m also really grateful for the lives that we help to save here. I know I’ve messaged a few that were struggling with suicide and I hope that I helped them just a bit
Aah this is going to go on forever! I have so much to be thankful for!! My friends up north are so great, always greeting me when I come up to visit. Bianco, you always make me laugh whenever you tell me stories about college. Kreg, thanks for letting me hide in your closet ;) Hoe, you’re sleeping over wtf I’ll tell you this when you get here.
I’m really thankful for my boyfriend and my best friend. They’re always bantering with me and are willing to talk about absolutely everything and nothing.
Finally, I’m really just thankful for Tumblr itself. A lot of people say that Tumblr has made them more angry, but I think Tumblr really has made me more loving and open minded. There are things that I’m forced to think about here that I never thought about and I’m really glad that I did.
AAH I’m just really thankful for everything!!!! 2012 was a bit shaky, but a really fun year! I probably missed like 483290 people but people are arriving and I really have to go!
